Young people on the Dallaglio RugbyWorks programme in the West Midlands were given a unique opportunity to support Hogarths Hotel Group in Solihull, as part of a Career Taster Day held during National Careers Week, through a collaboration with BNP Paribas Personal Finance.
MICHELIN HOSTS DALLAGLIO RUGBYWORKS CAREER TASTER DAY
Through our link with Arval, we’ve been able to work with their partners to identify opportunities for Dallaglio RugbyWorks sessions. Last week we went along to a Career Taster Day hosted by two of Arval’s partners, with Peter Wood, key account manager at Michelin, and Heidi Slee, HR advisor at ATS Euromaster, at Michelin’s purpose-built training centre in Stoke.
WOMEN IN FINANCE CHARTER
BNP Paribas Personal Finance signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in September 2018, making a commitment to help improve gender diversity. Stephen Hunt, CEO BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK, reflecting on the progress since signing up to the charter said; ‘When we signed up to the Charter in September 2018 we had 37% female representation within senior management. I’m pleased that this has now increased to 40% and we believe that we’re on track to meet our Charter target of 50%, by our deadline date of 30 September 2022.
